Hello Dominik!

How much saws I have completely? I think so round about 20 and some partsaws.

Five of these saws are with brake, for work. The others just hobby. Wink

Next week I will get a Stihl 08, no S I hope.....
Please do not be jealous, I'm just a small collector.... ok capo

And I do not buy every saw....mostly I trade! In my mind I see very rare iron vintage saws in my arms.....but this is just a dream hahahahaaaa!!!

Dominik,

you are searching for a Stihl 08?

I have Stihl TS 350, which is built to saw by pre owner. It has big airfilter for concrete dust Smile

This machine is based on Stihl 08 S.
And I hope that the next week coming saw is really a Stihl 08 (it has less cc). 50 and not 56. So rare in my eyes. I will demount the muffler and measure out the piston....44mm it should be Wink

yes, it is a lot that I try but 08 if they find little here, I'd like to find one and restore it.

what you see in my avatar is mcculloc mac 4-20 xt, but is crap, sluggish engine .... not like those of the past Rolling Eyes

to find 08 S here in germany is absolutely no problem.... tons of them are to find on ebay or in the neighbourhood. Smile

But 08, these are rarer. I have paid nothing for this saw. I made a trade with a forum friend in german chainsaw forum. He gets tools from me and I this saw! Very Happy

This I find is much better than giving money. So the hobby stays payable Wink

The problem is that the 08 perhaps is rare in italy but here are (in my eyes) interesting saws like alpina, oleomac and many more... these are rare (especially the bigger ones Cool

) in germany ok capo

Yes I know, my MAC 438 has sluggish engine too....I have sold it...(was my first self bought chainsaw ...àcc

). But is in good hands Smile

I hope the mods won`t be angry....no more talking about Stihl 050 fischio

even here there are many 08s on ebay but they are too expensive from € 200 up. bonk!bonk!

while the alpine Oleomac are easily found here (since they were produced in Italy)
however also the Landoni are rare here Rolling Eyes

anche qui le 08s si trovano molte su ebay ma sono troppo care dai 200€ in su. bonk!bonk!

mentre le alpina e oleomac si trovano facilmente (dato che venivano prodotte in italia)
comunque anche le landoni sono rare qui. Rolling Eyes
